Well, it was short and not too bad. The place was a virtual desert--I had a total of five teams, and I had to cajole (in my own charming way) two of them to play. By the end of the last round, I was down to three teams. In contrast, I have the room filled on Tuesdays, with about 12-14 teams.

I confirmed that I would not be doing Monday night trivia once preseason Monday Night Football begins. Therefore, I'll be working two nights a week until about August or so. Works for me--gives me a change to get my question pool built.

I also need to make a note to dial down the difficulty level until the crowds (hopefully) build up. I can understand why no one in my Tuesday crowd comes to Monday night--why go to a bar two nights in a row? I wouldn't. Besides, sports trivia isn't everyone's cuppa tea. It's not mine, even though I got much kudos for my questions.

Here's one for you--kinda sports, kinda pop culture:

The introduction to what 1985 tune contains 27 rhythmic hand-claps?

I got on the mailing list for the DQ, and got the first set of questions today. Holy crap--10 questions? Every day? Sorry, but I need that three-day cushion to construct teh funneh. I think I'll be an innocent bystander and stay with the LJDQuizlings.

And, in closing...I don't wannnnnnnnnnnnnnna go to school tomorrowwwwwww. *whine*
